Main responsibility
1. Perform the required tests  analyze the data for new product development.
负责新产品开发的测试和数据统计分析。
2. Provides the technical support for pilot manufacturing.
为样品生产提供相应的技术支持。
3. Set up relevant regulations to ensure Lab room clean  reliability.
建立相关规章制度以保证实验室的清洁、可靠。
4. Repair  maintenance of instruments. Check instruments periodically following stardized procedures  make sure the instruments are fully functional.
负责仪器的保养维修，依照标准程序定时地检查仪器，以保证仪器的正常运转。
5. Communicate with other departments
与其它相关部门沟通联系。

Requirements
Male, Active, work hard, good thinking  logic skill.

1. Majored in Materials science  Engineer or Mechanical Engineer, or related to career
College graduate or higher level.
材料科学与工程、机械工程或相关专业，大专或以上学历。
2.  Written  Reading English, CET4, Basic spoken English.
英语通过CET-4，具备基本的听说读写。
3. Logic thinking  have scientific experiment knowledge.
善于逻辑思考，具备科学的实验知识。
4. Willing to do practical work, good learning capability.
勤于动手操作，具备良好的学习能力。
5.  Honest  work hard，Can cooperate with other people.
诚实，勤奋，具有良好的团队合作意识。
