主要工作职责
该生产经理的职责主要负责生产计划安排，协调和三坐标生产过程的制造控制，仓库的管理运作，以及库存的控制和生产设施的维护保养。控制生产成本，提高产品质量，并确保良好的生产效率。
1. 监督指导生产流程。
2. 拟定生产计划。
3. 有效控制生产成本并确保正常生产。
4. 跟踪确认生产状况，并制定相应的改善计划以提高生产效率。
5. 确保生产任务按时完成并保证产品质量。
6. 制定年度人员规划和物质资源规划。
7. 优化和完善生产流程，提高生产效率。
8. 生产过程的监督，必要时对生产计划作出相应的调整。
9. 通过有效的生产团队来提高资源的优化和利用率。
10. 负责生产设备的选用，维护保养。
11. 监控产品标准，贯彻实施质量管理体系。
12. 与各部门之间的协调联络。如：供应商，各部门经理。
13. 协助其他部门经理落实公司政策和方针。
14. 监督并确保安全生产。
15. 指导并开发新的供应商，以满足公司业务需求。
16. 对员工的监督管理并调动员工的工作积极性。
17. 对员工工作业绩的评估和培训需求分析。
18. 仓库操作流程的监督和指导，控制好仓库储备量。
19. 监督指导公共设施的一些维护工作。





Main Duties: 
The production manager is responsible for the planning, coordination  control of the manufacturing processes for Coordinate Measuring Machines as well as all warehouse operations including inventory control  facility maintenance. He ensures that goods  services are produced efficiently with the right cost  at the right level of quality.
Work Responsibilities include:
1、     Overseeing  directing the production processes
2、     Drawing up of the production schedule
3、     Ensuring that the production is performed in a cost effective manner
4、     Develop  track improvements in reduction of planned manufacturing hours
5、     Making sure that the products are produced on time  of good quality
6、     Planning of human  material resources required to the annual operating plan
7、     Implementing  continuously improve activities through change management processes  best practices
8、     Monitoring the production processes  adjusting schedules as needed
9、     Optimize resource utilization by means of an effective production organization 
10、 Responsible for the ion  maintenance of manufacturing equipment
11、 Monitoring product stards  implementing quality-control programs
12、 Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, department managers
13、 Working with other managers to implement the companys policies  goals
14、 Ensuring that health  safety guidelines are followed
15、 Coach  develop resources to meet the set business’s objectives
16、 Supervising  motivating a team of workers
17、 Reviewing the performance of subordinates  identifying their training needs
18、 Overseeing  directing all warehouse operations  control inventory levels
19、 Overseeing  directing general facility maintenance activities





任职资格要求:
1、5年以上相关行业生产管理协调经验，有3年以上部门经理岗位工作经验。
2、熟悉所在行业的生产过程，熟悉原材料的供应渠道。
3、熟悉生产规程以及质量标准；具备良好的生产经营管理理念。
4、优秀的领导能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通能力、谈判能力。
5、能承受工作压力；能够带领团队，较好的团队合作精神，责任心强。
技能要求: 
1、机械类相关专业本科以上学历。
2、能识别机械图纸，能看懂英文图纸。
3、英语流利。
4、在计量技术与工程方面或对三坐标的生产和组装有经验的优先考虑。

Job Requirements
1. Over five years related working experience,more than three years department manager position working experience.
2. Well-know the working process  raw-material supply chain.
3. Well-konw the producing rule  the QS,must have a good producing management philosophy.
4. An excellent team leader have good judgement  wise decision, planning  ution,communication  negotiation.
5. Able to work under pressure able to lead the team, good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility

Skill Requirements
1. Mechanical related,bachelor degree.
2. Well-know English reading in mechanical drawing paper.
3. Fluent English in listening & speaking
4. Working experience in metrology technology & engineering or Coordinate measuring machine assembly is preferred..
